What are your delivery times?

For domestic orders, orders are fulfilled within one business day and shipped on the same day or following day. Most orders reach customers in 3-4 days. Please reach out directly for more accurate international shipping.

How do I take advantage of your resharpening service?

Please reach out to us through email at xkutusa@outlook.com to let us know you wish to get a reamer resharpen. We will send you an estimated time-frame of completion and keep you up to date on the progression of your reamer!

Can I use my reamer in a hand drill?

Conditional Yes. You must use an extremely slow RPM with a good bit of force for FEED along
with an ample amount of cutting fluid (Not PB Blaster! If you have no cutting
fluid, you can use new motor oil). Be careful to ensure the drill is spinning
the correct.
